The definition of "health" is the absence of chronic disease.

The absence, or presence, of chronic disease, for the most part, is something we create by the choices we make, which means for people making their own decisions about food choice and physical activity, our health is a creative process.

has plenty of research to prove that poor food choice and lack of regular exercise contribute to most of our health problems.

According to the CDCchronic disease is the number one public health challenge of the 21st century 1.

We've all heard the number one excuse for little or no exercise, "I don't have the time."
