We come to your home, office, gym, school, or church and start each session with information to help you stay on the right track. Then we move on to 10-minutes of Speed Play. Then 7-Minutes for Better Fitness, which takes longer at first, to teach.
We follow-up in the kitchen where we show you how to prepare a delicious Health Nut Special breakfast with fresh, natural ingredients in just a couple of minutes. We bring enough for everyone in the program to have a filling breakfast.
Then we finish-up by showing you how to prepare a nutritious Savory Mix with more fresh, organic produce in less than 5-minutes. There is always enough Savory Mix to put in containers, refrigerate, and have later with lunch or dinner.
